I gained leadership experience in high level management positions in the corporate world before I studied for my second Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology at Columbia University in New York. After working in New York I moved back to my native Switzerland in 2010 where I opened my consulting business. I draw from more than 20 years of experience and more than 10 years in leadership functions as well as from a solid background in Business Administration (B.A.) and an Executive Master of Human Resources Management.
